on 12th December 2021 at 11am to transact the following business:

因着冠病19的禁令，嘉恩堂的洁名会友将无法聚集在教堂参与堂议会特会。
会友们可以透过以下方式参与今年的堂议会特会：
Due to the current COVID-19 restriction orders in Singapore, active communicant members will not be able to attend the ECM in person.
Members may participate in the ECM by the following process:
在12月12日上午11时，使用手机、平板电脑或电脑在Zoom视频观看堂议会特会的直播。

通过授理表格指定堂议会特会的主席为代理人，并代表自己参加、发言及投票。
填好的授理表格必须于最迟12月6日通过网上表格https://forms.gle/NX1sEvnFRoJNoZPj6 、邮寄或电子邮件发送至以下教会地址或电邮： Appointing the Chairman of the ECM as proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf at the ECM, using the attached proxy form.
